Challenge: Helping customers find their perfect appliance required a deep understanding of consumer needs and how those needs should be prioritized.

Solution: By organizing hundreds of appliance features into various lifestyle categories, I uncovered deep insights about how these features solved particular lifestyle issues and how we could test these hypotheses.

Result: An extensive round of user testing proved these hypotheses correct. From here, I drafted initial questions and answers, assigned appliance features and architected a scoring method that prioritized the appliances appropriately.
