Challenge: Sales conversions on the brand’s e-commerce site were down, despite overall traffic being up.
Solution: Data indicated that users who visited RealCup’s brand site prior to visiting their e-comm site were substantially more likely to make a purchase. By funnelling users through social-media campaigns to the brand site and offering promotions from there, we were able to drive traffic to the e-comm site and provide additional promotions upon purchase.
Result: Metrics across all KPIs increased substantially, including a 60% increase in traffic from the brand site to the e-comm site at launch and a 20% increase in coffee pod sales for the next quarter.
